We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 24-hours or 1 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify your reservation post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. A refundable deposit is required upon check-in.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Our property is entirely 100% smoke-free, and no smoking of any type is permitted. A penalty charge will be billed to your room. If any guest who smokes in a non- smoking guestroom, or if the smell of smoke is detected in your guest room, or should anyone from your party choose to smoke within 20 feet from our property, a maximum cleaning fee of USD 250.00 may be assessed at the hotel's discretion. The Guest may be charged up to USD 150.00 if the room requires major housekeeping services. PETS ARE ALLOWED. Any guest who violates the pet policy will be charged a cleaning fee.   If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. Every guest that checks in will have their credit card authorized for an additional USD 250.00 on top of their stay for incidental purposes. No guests are allowed if they live within 15 miles of the hotel.
